I didn't move it forward yet, and that was on purpose.
Not because you're not a fit. Because something in there made you pause.
Maybe it was the idea of getting on a call. Maybe it was the commitment. Maybe it was the investment. Maybe you just weren't sure this would be any different from the last time.
Whatever it was, that hesitation is worth respecting. So I'm not going to chase you.
Most people don't stop here because they don't want this. They stop because they've wanted it for years, tried for it more than once, and can't take another thing that doesn't stick.
If you're anything like the people who apply here, it sounds like this:
I've already started over so many times
What if I can't stay consistent again
My body doesn't respond the way other people's do
Life is just a lot right now
You're not behind. You're not the only one. And you're not too late.
But staying exactly where you are isn't the safe option it feels like. Restarting every Monday, doing it alone, waiting until you feel ready. That costs you something too. It just costs you slowly.
That's the cycle. And it doesn't break on its own.
I didn't build this from a textbook. I built it because I spent years starting over, and the only thing that ever worked was going slow enough to actually keep it.
Same person. It just took longer than a 30 day challenge.
Every one of them started while feeling exactly how you feel right now.
You don't need perfect timing. You don't need to feel 100% ready. You just need to stop waiting to feel like you are.
Takes about 2 minutes. We go one step at a time from there.
